  1.3             and recreation areas. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [ADDITIONS TO STATE PARKS.] 
  1.6      Subdivision 1.  [85.012] [Subd. 12.] [CASCADE RIVER STATE 
  1.7   PARK, COOK COUNTY.] The following area is added to Cascade River 
  1.8   State Park, Cook County:  the East 495 feet of the West 759 feet 
  1.9   of Government Lot 4, Section 1, Township 60 North, Range 2 West. 
  1.10     Subd. 2.  [85.012] [Subd. 13.] [CHARLES A. LINDBERGH STATE 
  1.11  PARK, MORRISON COUNTY.] The following areas are added to Charles 
  1.12  A. Lindbergh State Park, Morrison County: 
  1.13     (1) Lots 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, and 11, Block 1, Little 
  1.14  Elk Meadows, according to the plat on file in the office of the 
  1.15  registrar of titles, Morrison County, Minnesota, excepting 
  1.16  one-half of all mineral and mineral rights; and 
  1.17     (2) that part of Government Lots 2 and 3, Section 5, 
  1.18  Township 129, Range 29, Morrison County, Minnesota, described as 
  1.19  follows:  Commencing at the found 1/2" iron pipe which marks the 
  1.20  position of the northwest corner of said Section 5, as

  5.10  Forestville Mystery Cave State Park, the commissioner shall 
  5.11  allow hunting. 
  5.12     Subd. 5.  [85.012] [Subd. 22.] [GEORGE H. CROSBY MANITOU 
  5.13  STATE PARK, LAKE COUNTY.] The following area is added to George 
  5.14  H. Crosby Manitou State Park, Lake County, all in Township 58 
  5.15  North, Range 6 West:  the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest 
  5.16  Quarter of Section 14; the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast 
  5.17  Quarter and the Southeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of 
  5.18  Section 15; the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter and 
  5.19  the Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 23; 
  5.20  and the Southwest Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 26.

  5.26  7 within Twin Island Lake and located in that part of the 
  5.27  Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 5; that 
  5.28  part of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of 
  5.29  Section 6; that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast 
  5.30  Quarter of Section 7; and that part of the Northwest Quarter of

  6.2   County Control Number 86 within South Arm Lida Lake and located 
  6.3   in that part of the Northwest Quarter of the Southeast Quarter 
  6.4   of Section 32, Township 136, Range 42. 
  6.5      Subd. 8.  [85.012] [Subd. 44.] [MONSON LAKE STATE PARK, 
  6.6   SWIFT COUNTY.] The following areas are added to Monson Lake 
  6.7   State Park, Swift County: 
  6.8      (1) Bureau of Land Management Island County Control Number 
  6.9   001 within Monson Lake and located in that part of Government 
  6.10  Lot 1, Section 2, Township 121, Range 37; and 
  6.11     (2) that part of Government Lot 1, Section 35, Township 122 
  6.12  North, Range 37 West, Swift County, Minnesota, described as 
  6.13  follows:  Commencing at Government Meander Corner No. 2 (being 
  6.14  the meander corner common to Section 35 and Section 36, Township
