Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 144.3441.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2016, section 144.3441, is amended to read:


144.3441 HEPATITIS B new text begin AND HUMAN PAPILLOMAVIRUS (HPV)
new text end VACCINATION.

A minor may give effective consent for a hepatitis B vaccinationnew text begin and a human
papillomavirus (HPV) vaccinationnew text end . The consent of no other person is required.
