relating to arts and cultural heritage; appropriating money for Minnesota Public
Radio for new programming.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$4,000,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the arts and cultural heritage
fund to the commissioner of administration for a grant to Minnesota Public Radio for new
regional and national programming. This appropriation is available until expended.
