BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$2,400,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
Metropolitan Council for a grant to the city of Hastings to construct a segment of the
Mississippi River Trail Bikeway along State Trunk Highway 316 in Hastings.
