  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      The following sum is appropriated in the fiscal year 
  1.8   indicated from the general fund to the department of children, 
  1.9   families, and learning for a grant to the city of Fosston for a 
  1.10  library accessibility project at the Fosston public library: 
  1.11       $150,000     .....     2002
