BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.

[161.436] PAVED APRONS AT CERTAIN INTERSECTIONS.

The commissioner, when constructing or reconstructing a trunk highway interchange
with an unpaved local road, shall construct paved aprons on the local road, with each apron
extending a minimum of 20 feet from the edge of the trunk highway along the local road.
