  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $50,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2002 and $50,000 is 
  1.8   appropriated in fiscal year 2003 from the general fund to the 
  1.9   commissioner of agriculture to provide continued funding to the 
  1.10  Passing on the Farm Center.
