relating to natural resources; appropriating money for outreach efforts to the
Southeast Asian community.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; OUTDOOR EDUCATION OUTREACH.

new text begin $60,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for the department's Southeast Asian unit to conduct outreach efforts
to the Southeast Asian community in Minnesota, including outreach efforts to refugees
from Burma, to encourage participation in outdoor education opportunities and activities.
