for the Satori Village Development.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$800,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant to JADT Development Group for
the Satori Village Development, a mixed-income and mixed-age housing project. This is a
onetime appropriation. This appropriation is available until expended.
