  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to agriculture; providing funding for 
  1.3             continued pseudorabies testing and vaccination; 
  1.4             appropriating money.  
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION; PSEUDORABIES CONTROL.] 
  1.7      $250,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the board 
  1.8   of animal health for the biennium ending June 30, 2003, for 
  1.9   continued efforts to control pseudorabies in swine.  This 
  1.10  appropriation may be used to cover the costs of pseudorabies 
  1.11  monitoring, vaccines, blood tests, and laboratory fees.  This is 
  1.12  a one-time appropriation.
