BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin WAGON WHEEL TRAIL PHASE II; CITY OF LA CRESCENT.

$2,500,000 in fiscal year 2016 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
commissioner of natural resources for a grant to the city of La Crescent for predesign,
design, and construction of the Wagon Wheel Trail in La Crescent, including a bike and
pedestrian bridge or underpass.
