relating to agriculture; appropriating money for international trade assistance and
promotion.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; INTERNATIONAL TRADE ASSISTANCE AND
PROMOTION.

$100,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of agriculture to expand international marketing opportunities for farmers and value-added
processors, including in-market representation in Taiwan. This is a onetime appropriation
and is available until June 30, 2023.
