BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner of education for the fiscal years
designated.

new text begin (a) For grants to school districts to contract with the
National Council for Behavioral Health for youth mental health first aid training for teachers
and other staff:
