relating to education finance; allowing Independent School District No. 2853,
Lac qui Parle Valley, to levy funds for a replacement elevator.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin ELEVATOR LEVY; LAC QUI PARLE VALLEY.

For taxes payable in 2010 only, Independent School District No. 2853, Lac qui Parle
Valley, may levy an amount up to $8,500 for the costs of a replacement elevator. The
district must recognize the revenue from this section in fiscal year 2010.
