relating to vocational rehabilitation; appropriating money for a grant to EquipALife.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$872,000 in fiscal year 2020 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of agriculture for a grant to EquipALife to provide low-interest guaranteed loans and
operating support to continue EquipALife's established alternative finance project and access
to telework loan fund. This is a onetime appropriation and is available until June 30, 2021.
