A bill for an act
relating to state government; increasing the complement of the Office of the
Revisor of Statutes; appropriating money to maintain and improve information
technology services.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY SERVICES;
OFFICE OF THE REVISOR OF STATUTES.

$594,600 in fiscal year 2016 and $594,600 in fiscal year 2017 are appropriated
from the general fund to the Office of the Revisor of Statutes to maintain and improve
information technology services. The approved complement of the revisor of statutes is
increased by five positions. This appropriation shall be added to the revisor's budget base.
