programming.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$300,000 in fiscal year 2024 and $200,000 in fiscal year 2025 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of education for a grant to the Alliance of Chicanos,
Hispanics, and Latin Americans (ACHLA) for the Juntos Club to support English language
learners, low-income students, migrant students, and Latinx students with improving English
and math proficiency.
