relating to human services; appropriating money for a grant to Face to Face Health
and Counseling Service.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; FACE TO FACE HEALTH AND COUNSELING.

$750,000 in fiscal year 2020 and $750,000 in fiscal year 2021 are appropriated from the
general fund to the commissioner of human services for grants to Face to Face Health and
Counseling Service, Inc., to provide comprehensive medical care, mental health care, housing
support, case management, employment training and support, and other social services to
low-income youth.
