relating to telecommunications; providing a grant to the Leech Lake Band of
Ojibwe for wireless broadband; appropriating money.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

new text begin $1,151,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 2016 from the general fund to the
commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to the Leech Lake
Band of Ojibwe for the purpose of wireless broadband expansion to serve residents on its
land.
