  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to human services; appropriating money to an 
  1.3             ICF/MR in Stearns or Sherburne county.  
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.6      $122,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.7   commissioner of human services to be used for an ICF/MR located 
  1.8   in Stearns or Sherburne county with 12 licensed beds. 
  1.9      The facility is not subject to the provisions of Minnesota 
  1.10  Statutes, section 256B.501, subdivision 5b, clause (6), for 
  1.11  rates effective October 1, 1997, and October 1, 1998.
