relating to natural resources; appropriating money for land acquisition in Ramsey
County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin FISH CREEK NATURAL AREA GREENWAY.

$2,400,000 in fiscal year 2010 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the
city of Maplewood to acquire land in fee along Fish Creek to be included within the Fish
Creek Natural Area Greenway, a park of regional significance located in Ramsey County
and located within the Mississippi National River and Recreation Area.
