  1.3             for independent school district No. 0001, Aitkin. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [FUND TRANSFER; AITKIN.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912 and 
  1.7   121.9121, independent school district No. 0001, Aitkin, may 
  1.8   permanently transfer the balance in its debt redemption fund to 
  1.9   its building construction fund without making a levy reduction.
