BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; DIGITAL PRESERVATION AND ACCESS.

new text begin $500,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from the
general fund to the Minnesota Historical Society for digital preservation and access to
Minnesota history at the Minnesota Historical Society.
