  1.3             hotline for homework; appropriating money; proposing 
  1.4             coding for new law in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 124. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [124.325] [HOTLINE FOR HOMEWORK.] 
  1.7      An amount not to exceed $235,000 in fiscal year 1998 and 
  1.8   each fiscal year thereafter is appropriated from the general 
  1.9   fund to the commissioner of children, families, and learning for 
  1.10  the hotline for homework.
