relating to natural resources; appropriating money for a bicycle and pedestrian
trail grant.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; COON RAPIDS BICYCLE AND PEDESTRIAN
TRAIL.

$500,000 is appropriated from the parks and trails fund to the Metropolitan Council
for a grant to the city of Coon Rapids to predesign, design, and construct a bicycle and
pedestrian trail along 85th Avenue westbound from the BNSF Railroad tracks to East
River Road and through adjacent park land to connect with the regional trail in the city of
Coon Rapids.
