relating to housing; providing a grant for the community stabilization project;
appropriating money.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$414,150 is appropriated for the biennium beginning July 1, 2015, from the general
fund to the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency for a grant for the community stabilization
project in Ramsey County to expand outreach and recruitment strategies. The grant funds
may be used in a flexible and collaborative manner to preserve affordable housing and
prevent individuals from becoming homeless.
