  1.3             of administration to erect a sign in front of the 
  1.4             department of revenue. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [REVENUE SIGN.] 
  1.7      By October 1, 1999, the department of administration must 
  1.8   erect a sign in front of the department of revenue building 
  1.9   identifying the department.
