relating to education finance; authorizing St. Peter
school district to use health and safety revenue for
an energy recovery system.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin HEALTH AND SAFETY REVENUE; ST. PETER.

Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, section 123B.57,
subdivision 6, Independent School District No. 508, St. Peter,
may use health and safety revenue to acquire and install an
energy recovery system as part of the high school pool
ventilation project.

This section is effective for revenue for
fiscal year 2006.
