A bill for an act
relating to highways; appropriating money from the trunk highway fund for
construction of concrete median barriers on Trunk Highway 61.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION.

new text begin $250,000 is appropriated to the commissioner of transportation from the trunk
highway fund for construction of concrete J-type median barriers on marked Trunk
Highway 61 between its intersection with marked Trunk Highway 10 and the north end
of the Highway 61 bridge over the Mississippi River. This is a onetime appropriation
and does not lapse.
