  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; appropriating money 
  1.3             to complete restoration of the Bruentrup farm in 
  1.4             Maplewood; authorizing state bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [BRUENTRUP FARM IN MAPLEWOOD.] 
  1.7      Subdivision 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] $150,000 is appropriated 
  1.8   from the bond proceeds fund to the city of Maplewood to complete 
  1.9   restoration of the Bruentrup farm in Maplewood. 
  1.10     This appropriation is not available until the commissioner 
  1.11  of finance has determined that at least an equal amount has been 
  1.12  committed to the project from nonstate sources. 
  1.13     Subd. 2.  [BOND SALE.] To provide money appropriated in 
  1.14  subdivision 1 from the bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of 
  1.15  finance shall sell and issue bonds of the state in an amount up 
  1.16  to $150,000 in the manner and upon the terms, and with the 
  1.17  effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 
  1.18  16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 
  1.19  4 to 7.
