  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to natural resources; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the administrative expenses of the southeast Minnesota 
  1.4             water resources board. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $27,000 is appropriated in fiscal year 1998 and $27,000 is 
  1.8   appropriated in fiscal year 1999 from the general fund to the 
  1.9   board of water and soil resources for a grant to the southeast 
  1.10  Minnesota water resources board for administrative costs.  This 
  1.11  appropriation is available only to the extent it is matched by 
  1.12  $1 of nonstate money for each $1 of state money.
