  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to the environment; appropriating money for 
  1.3             the individual sewage treatment program at the 
  1.4             University of Minnesota. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [INDIVIDUAL SEWAGE TREATMENT PROGRAM; 
  1.7   APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.8      $240,200 is appropriated in fiscal year 1998 from the 
  1.9   general fund to the University of Minnesota for the individual 
  1.10  sewage treatment program.  This appropriation is available until 
  1.11  June 30, 1999.
