relating to natural resources; appropriating money for flood warning gauge.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

$13,000 in fiscal year 2022 is appropriated from the general fund to the commissioner
of natural resources for a grant to the city of Waterville to purchase and install a flood
warning gauge on the Cannon River. The city must work with the commissioner to integrate
the gauge with the state's enhanced flood forecast warning system.
