  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to capital improvements; appropriating money 
  1.3             for Forest Highway 11 in Lake County; authorizing 
  1.4             state bonds. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $540,000, or so much of that amount as the commissioner of 
  1.8   transportation determines is needed, is appropriated from the 
  1.9   bond proceeds fund to the commissioner of transportation for a 
  1.10  grant to Lake County to match federal funding for bridge and 
  1.11  highway replacement, rehabilitation, and repair to Forest 
  1.12  Highway 11.  
  1.13     Sec. 2.  [BOND SALE.] 
  1.14     To provide the money appropriated in this act from the bond 
  1.15  proceeds fund, the commissioner of finance shall sell and issue 
  1.16  bonds of the state, when requested by the commissioner of 
  1.17  transportation, in an amount up to $540,000 in the manner, upon 
  1.18  the terms, and with the effect prescribed in Minnesota Statutes, 
  1.19  sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the Minnesota Constitution, 
  1.20  article XI, sections 4 to 7.  
  1.21     Sec. 3.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.22     This act is effective the day following final enactment.
