  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; providing for a reduced fee 
  1.3             deer license for farmers; proposing coding for new law 
  1.4             in Minnesota Statutes, chapter 97A. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [97A.443] [DEER LICENSE FEE FOR FARMERS.] 
  1.7      A license issued under section 97A.475, subdivision 2, 
  1.8   clause (4) or (5), to an owner or occupant of a residence 
  1.9   consisting of at least one acre from which at least $1,000 worth 
  1.10  of agricultural products were sold in the preceding year shall 
  1.11  be issued at a reduced fee of one-half the amount specified in 
  1.12  section 97A.475.
