BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2004, section 136A.121,
subdivision 13, is amended to read:
Subd. 13.
Deadline.
The deadline for the office to
accept applications for state grants for a term is deleted text begin 14 deleted text end new text begin 30 new text end days
after the start of that term.
