BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Independent School District No. 852, Campbell-Tintah, may permanently transfer up to
$100,000 from its reserved for operating capital account to the undesignated balance
in its general fund.
