  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to state parks; directing construction of a 
  1.3             free public access site on Molly Stark lake in 
  1.4             Glendalough state park; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [85.012] [Subd. 23a.] [GLENDALOUGH STATE PARK, 
  1.7   OTTER TAIL COUNTY.] The commissioner of natural resources shall 
  1.8   construct and maintain a public lake access site on Molly Stark 
  1.9   lake in Glendalough state park.  A state park permit is not 
  1.10  required and a fee must not be charged for use of this public 
  1.11  access site. 
  1.12     Sec. 2.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.13     $....... is appropriated from the general fund to the 
  1.14  commissioner of natural resources for the construction of the 
  1.15  public access site required by section 1.  This appropriation is 
  1.16  available the day following final enactment and continues 
  1.17  available until expended.
