  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $1,000,000 in fiscal year 1998 is appropriated from the 
  1.8   general fund to the commissioner of administration to predesign, 
  1.9   design, construct, furnish and equip the renovation of the 
  1.10  capitol cafeteria and related spaces.  The appropriation is 
  1.11  available until June 30, 1999.
