  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to education; providing for a fund transfer 
  1.3             for independent school district No. 22, Detroit Lakes. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [DETROIT LAKES; FUND TRANSFER.] 
  1.6      Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 121.912 and 
  1.7   121.9121, on June 30, 1995, independent school district No. 22, 
  1.8   Detroit Lakes, may permanently transfer an amount not to exceed 
  1.9   $325,000 from its general fund to its capital expenditure fund 
  1.10  for acquiring computers and related technology needs. 
  1.11     Sec. 2.  [EFFECTIVE DATE.] 
  1.12     Section 1 is effective the day following final enactment.
