A bill for an act
 relating to human services; continuing the payment rates for primary care
services and immunization administration services for medical assistance;
amending Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 256B.76, subdivision 7.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Minnesota Statutes 2014, section 256B.76, subdivision 7, is amended to read:


Subd. 7.

Payment for certain primary care services and immunization
administration.

new text begin (a) new text end Payment for certain primary care services and immunization
administration services rendered on or after January 1, 2013, through December 31, 2014,
shall be made in accordance with section 1902(a)(13) of the Social Security Act.

new text begin (b) The payment rate for the services described in paragraph (a), rendered on or after
July 1, 2015, shall be the same payment rate that was in effect on December 31, 2014.
