relating to corrections; appropriating money for a
Community Corrections Act subsidy for Scott County.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin SCOTT COUNTY; COMMUNITY CORRECTIONS ACT
SUBSIDY.

$217,000 is appropriated from the general fund to the
commissioner of corrections for the Community Corrections Act
subsidy for local correctional services for Scott County which
is transitioning to the Community Corrections Act system. The
appropriation is available for the biennium ending June 30, 2007.
