A bill for an act
relating to housing; appropriating money for grants to Habitat for Humanity.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; HABITAT FOR HUMANITY.

$1,000,000 in fiscal year 2024 is appropriated from the general fund to the Minnesota
Housing Finance Agency for grants to fund land acquisition by Habitat for Humanity of
Morrison County and by Aitkin County Habitat for Humanity. The agency shall award a
grant of $500,000 to Habitat for Humanity of Morrison County and a grant of $500,000 to
Aitkin County Habitat for Humanity.
