  1.4             counties; appropriating money. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the general fund for the 
  1.8   1999-2001 fiscal biennium to the counties of Beltrami, Marshall, 
  1.9   and Roseau for the payment of unpaid back ditch assessments on 
  1.10  state lands, including penalties and interest, as certified by 
  1.11  the auditors of Beltrami, Marshall, and Roseau counties and 
  1.12  approved by the state auditor.
