  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to game and fish; establishing shooting hours 
  1.3             for migratory game birds; amending Minnesota Statutes 
  1.4             1996, section 97B.075. 
  1.5   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.6      Section 1.  Minnesota Statutes 1996, section 97B.075, is 
  1.7   amended to read: 
  1.8      97B.075 [HUNTING RESTRICTED BETWEEN EVENING AND MORNING.] 
  1.9      A person may not take protected wild animals, except 
  1.10  raccoon and fox, with a firearm between the evening and morning 
  1.11  times established by commissioner's rule, except big game may be 
  1.12  taken from one-half hour before sunrise until one-half hour 
  1.13  after sunset, and waterfowl may be taken from one-half hour 
  1.14  before sunrise until sunset during the entire season prescribed 
  1.15  by the commissioner.
