  1.1                          A bill for an act 
  1.2             relating to highways; appropriating money for fencing 
  1.3             along highway 169 in Elk River. 
  1.4   BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA: 
  1.5      Section 1.  [APPROPRIATION FOR HIGHWAY 169 FENCING IN ELK 
  1.6   RIVER.] 
  1.7      $....... is appropriated from the trunk highway fund to the 
  1.8   commissioner of transportation to fence the east and west sides 
  1.9   of the right-of-way for marked trunk highway No. 169 in the city 
  1.10  of Elk River as follows: 
  1.11     (1) on the west side of marked trunk highway No. 169 
  1.12  beginning at its intersection with the north right-of-way 
  1.13  boundary of Main Street, then northerly, ending at its 
  1.14  intersection with the south right-of-way boundary of Jackson 
  1.15  Street, allowing appropriate breaks and openings at the 
  1.16  intersections with School Street and Elk Park Center and at 
  1.17  other reasonable locations as determined by the commissioner; 
  1.18  and 
  1.19     (2) on the east side of marked trunk highway No. 169 
  1.20  beginning at its intersection with the north right-of-way 
  1.21  boundary of Main Street, then northerly, ending at its 
  1.22  intersection with the south right-of-way boundary of 193rd 
  1.23  Street, allowing appropriate breaks and openings at the 
  1.24  intersection with Elk Hills Drive and at other reasonable 
  2.1   locations as determined by the commissioner. 
  2.2      This appropriation is available until spent.
