A bill for an act
relating to natural resources; providing for training and licensing of wildland
firefighters; amending Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 88.10, by adding a
subdivision.
BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
Section 1.
Minnesota Statutes 2018, section 88.10, is amended by adding a subdivision
to read:

Forest officers and all
individuals employed as wildland firefighters under this chapter are not subject to the
requirements of chapter 299N.
