A bill for an act
 relating to state lands; authorizing public sale of certain tax-forfeited land that
borders public water.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin PUBLIC SALE OF TAX-FORFEITED LAND BORDERING PUBLIC
WATER; LAKE COUNTY.

new text begin (a) Notwithstanding Minnesota Statutes, sections 92.45 and 282.018, subdivision 1,
Lake County may sell the tax-forfeited land bordering public water that is described in
paragraph (c) under the remaining provisions of Minnesota Statutes, chapter 282.

new text begin (b) The conveyance must be in a form approved by the attorney general. The attorney
general may make changes to the land description to correct errors and ensure accuracy.

new text begin (c) The land to be sold is located in Lake County and is described as:

new text begin (1) an undivided interest in the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section
7, Township 63, Range 9 (parcel number 28-6309-07020);

new text begin (2) an undivided interest in the Southwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter, Section
7, Township 63, Range 9 (parcel number 28-6309-07140);

8, Township 63, Range 9 (parcel number 28-6309-08285);
