A bill for an act
 relating to capital investment; amending an appropriation for water infrastructure
improvements in the city of Vernon Center; amending Laws 2020, Fifth Special
Session chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision 33, as amended.

BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1.

Laws 2020, Fifth Special Session chapter 3, article 1, section 22, subdivision
33, as amended by Laws 2021, First Special Session chapter 9, section 42, is amended to
read:

Vernon Center; Water Infrastructure
Improvements

predesign, design, construct, furnish, and
