BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:

Section 1. new text begin APPROPRIATION; HOMEOWNERSHIP EDUCATION, COUNSELING,
AND TRAINING PROGRAM.

new text begin $1,028,000 in fiscal year 2022 and $1,028,000 in fiscal year 2023 are appropriated from
the general fund to the commissioner of the Housing Finance Agency for deposit in the
housing development fund for the homeownership education, counseling, and training
program under Minnesota Statutes, section 462A.209.
